What is Iron Deficiency Anemia or IDA?
The most common nutritional deficiency in the world and the most common type of anemia.
Occurs when the body lacks sufficient iron to produce adequate amounts of hemoglobin (a protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen to tissue)
Systemic Impact:
